​When you fill out any of the forms (such as our Services forms) on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.

Why we collect such personal information:

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To be able to contact our Visitors and Clients with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  3. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  4. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

​How we store, use, share and disclose site visitors' personal information:

Our company is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

We maintain this information in the Squarespace.com's database for so long as you remain a Client with us. When your project is complete, this data is removed from the databases.​

Communication with site visitors and clients

We may contact you to notify you regarding your project request, contact request, or book review request. If you sign up for our monthly newsletter, you may also receive said newsletter and/or emails to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, or text messages (when such information is provided by you).​

If you would like us to remove the data submitted in our forms prior to the completion of your project or should you like to be removed from our newsletter or any other communications, please contact us.​
