Did I mention working with Niamh and Rebecca is a dream? Their writing is both in-depth and easy to follow which is no easy feat in epic fantasy adventures. I know they have a fabulous content editor in Alyson Montione, so by the time the drafts get to me, all it takes is a little polish to make sure the spelling and grammar is consistent. I’m always excited to do my cold read and witness the next step in Astra and Louko’s journey. Already in this second book with these characters, you can see the plot thickening and pieces falling into place. Between in all though, I’m deeply enjoying the developing relationship between Astra and Louko…even if they might be oblivious to it all.
